Currently recruiting:
Ranged: Balance Druid; Mage; Hunter; Warlock; Spriest
Melee: Due to the current roster we are not looking for additional melee at this time, however exceptional DPS will be considered.
Tanks: No additional tanks are needed at this time, however a DPS with a viable tank spec will be an asset.
Healers: We are currently open to all healers.
Exceptions will be made for the right candidate
Potential applicants should have previous raiding experience as well as recent logs available. Successful applicants must have thorough knowledge of their class and roles. If your class/spec is not mentioned above and feel that you would be an asset to our group please contact us through the battle tags listed at the bottom of this post.
Schedule: We raid Tuesday & Wednesday 10-1230pm server (8-1030 PST)
Some additional progression time may be added depending on how close a boss kill is.
About us:
US - Illidan (Horde) is currently recruiting for our progression core as well as our flex raiders. We are an intellectual group of passionate people who value our time and progression. The guild was founded in February of 2017 and has made exceptional progress since. Currently 4th for progress on the server cluster, we offer a fun time in game while still managing competitive progression. We aim to maintain a semi hardcore view during our 5 hours of raiding each week.
Our raiders are mature, competent, driven and competitive folks that are always looking to improve themselves as well as those around them. We value and expect everyone to be able to give and take constructive criticism and communicate our goals in a collaborative, professional, progression-minded atmosphere.
Current progression: 9/12 Normal Nya 3/8 Mythic EP 8/8 Heroic EP
What to expect from us:
We provide a stable, consistent raiding environment for our raiders to improve as players and teammates. During our raids we use our time efficiently, maintain focus and exercise discipline to ensure boss kills. Our time is very precious and we know yours is too. We actively promote a drama free environment and manage issues accordingly with an “open door” policy.
What we offer:
- Guild repairs for mains and alts
- Full in raid guild bank support. This includes flasks, pots, food etc assuming the materials are available
- Alt nights and constant mythic plus groups
Our expectations:
- We expect everyone to have DBM as well as Angry Assignments
- Attendance 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time fully prepared
- Thorough knowledge of your spec/class
- Mature attitude and willingness to give/take constructive criticism
- Willingness to wok collaboratively to promote a culture of self improvement
- We ask all raiders to contribute mats or gold in order to continue providing raid consumables
