About Us

No Bully is a semi-hardcore group of longtime raiders who have decided to join together once again for BFA. We are based on US-Stormreaver Horde, and come with a wealth of experience in end-game progression. We have a relatively lax raiding schedule (see below) but value our time very heavily and for that reason we emphasize always bringing your best attitude and coming prepared. When raiding together in the past, we have always managed to hit Cutting Edge in each raid and that continues to be our goal into the future. Former group of hardcore raiders with a core that has been together since the release of Burning Crusade.

We want to see and progress the toughest content blizzard has to offer all while maintaining a casual atmosphere. Please keep in mind during mythic progression, raids can become pretty heated (as it does with most guilds), therefore we want to make sure that keeping a level head and being open to constructive criticism isn’t going to be an issue. Most (but not all) discussions will be held outside of raids to keep progression moving.

With that being said we don’t like our time to be wasted, our players are expected to perform at a high level, be on time for raid invites (accepting invites on calendar), come prepared with an understanding of progression fights, and have consumables (Flask and food are provided by the guild we only ask that you contribute to the bank so the guild can maintain cost)

Outside of Raiding we have a very active player base both in and out of the game, some of the things we do on our off nights include -

Multiple Mythic + groups and carries.
Weekend and off-night normals/heroics and Alt runs of current tier raids
Raid Achievement runs
Overwatch, D3, PUBG
And many other games outside of Blizzard

We Ask:

  • You have great attendance and accept raid invites 10 minutes prior to raid starting.
  • Already prepared when the invites go out, this means gear and talents already set and ready and have battle pots.
  • Have knowledge of your class and how to maximize your potential on any encounter.
  • Have a good attitude, be open minded, and understand what it takes to be in a competitive Mythic Raid Guild. Raiders will need to be able to take criticism during raids and progression and work as a team. No negativity, racism, name calling, or raging during raid.
  • We ask all trial raiders be 405ilvl with a 39+ Neck.

About Us / Community:
We are a mythic raiding guild that was formed in BFA, however the founders and officers have been playing together for a long time. Although we are newer we have accomplished a lot and killed bosses in respectable time frame. Our leadership and roster is full of high-end competitive players and we will be not only just pushing CE every tier but to be a top and competitive guild in the US.

Although we only raid two nights a week our guild still maintains an active and fun place to be each week. The guild was started by a r1 and MDI finalist (Deathlobsta) and since the beginning have held that mentality of diversity in game. Our members are very active in M+, alt raids, parse runs, and PVP. We also have a fun, down-to-earth discord that has a “dank” meme page.

<Yikes> on Thrall is looking for a mage. We’re 4/9M, but close to 5, and raid T/W/Th 8-11pm EST with Sunday as an off night for either new raid releases or optional alt runs. It’s a newer guild, but built from people who have been raiding together for a long time. We make sure our core has at least one 10+ key done on their main and alt each week, and generally hang out with each other in discord a lot outside of raid. We are firm believers in the idea that a short raid schedule and success in mythic raiding are not mutually exclusive. Our expectations

Attendance: Core raiders are expected to be on time and available for most raid nights. We understand that many have families, jobs, or classes, so we don’t mind if you need to miss a night here and there as long as you let us know in advance.

Experience: We are recruiting for our core team. Raiders are expected to be knowledgeable in their class, and are expected to have familiarized themselves with boss encounters ahead of time.

Attitude: A positive attitude is very important to us. Progression can be tough at times, but at the end of the day, we’re all here to have a good time and kill some bosses.
