About Us:
Upper Echelon (formerly Echelon on Black Dragonflight) has been a 20-man or 25-man raiding guild since the start of Ulduar and has continuously improved since itâs inception. The guild was founded on the principles that good players should be able to progress content on a light schedule. We raid two nights a week, for 8 hours. Period. An extra night is never added.
Upper Echelon understands that there are great players out there that cannot commit to an intense hardcore schedule but would still like to raid at a competitive level. The guild has been continuously ranked at or near the top of progress for two-night a week guilds raiding at the maximum difficulty (25-man previously, 20-man currently). When joining Upper Echelon you will be a part of a stable guild with strong leadership that isnât going anywhere. Players joining our guild tend to stay for the long haul.
Furthermore, the guild strives to create an environment that is fun and rewarding. You wonât find players at each others throats here, such individuals will not last and will not make it past the recruitment process. Most of our members have families, jobs, and other commitments that preclude them from a more hardcore schedule. We come together with the same goal and that is to always clear the end-boss of a tier before new content becomes available.
Raiding with Upper Echelon:
If you are accepted into our guild, you will be raiding. We typically do not carry a large bench and everyone participates. With loot in BfA we will be using RCLC to distribute unneeded loot via Loot Council. Our loot council is very fair, transparent and tends to prioritize need.
We ask all our members to research fights, know their class and participate in our Discord regarding boss strategy. With an 8 hour schedule itâs important everyone is prepared as we must maximize our time. We have a short break at about the half-way point each night, other than that we expect to be efficiently clearing and progressing.

Unrivaled is composed of raiders who have played together for a very long time. We created this guild with the mindset of enjoying our time together while getting cutting edge on a 9 hour raid schedule.
Raiding Schedule:
Tues - Thursday
5:30pm - 8:30pm PST

We rarely extend raid nights and if we do, its maybe 15 minutes at the most.
Optional heroic are typically Sunday same time if other like-minded players are interested but not mandatory.
Mythic Plus:
Many of our raiders enjoy playing mythic plus regularly. These groups happen on off nights randomly with several 2k+ tanks/healers/dps.
Loot System:
We handle loot through RC Loot Council. Any item looted by members of the raid that isnât a direct upgrade AND is eligible for trading is expected to be given up and distributed through Loot Council. Eligible pieces are distributed based on size of upgrade, and the playerâs predicted contribution on current progression bosses.
Roster and Bench:
For the sake of keeping a healthy attendance record, we maintain a roster of about 25 players. ALL of our players are expected to understand that there are times when riding the bench is necessary based on the strategy of a boss kill.
Expectations:
⢠Players must retain as close to 100% attendance as possible. We understand life and emergencies do happen however.
⢠Players must come to raid nights fully prepared. This means that players should have the necessary consumables, correct talents and prior research on whichever fight we happen to be progressing that night.
⢠Players need to be able to adapt to mechanics within a fight with as little of a detriment to their dps or healing as possible.
⢠Players are expected to be able to receive constructive criticism on their rotation or mechanical play.
⢠Players must have weakauras, ERT, and a bossmod - Big Wigs is preferred but DBM is fine.

Salt Factory is a later evening guild located on Tichondrius - US, formerly known as Insomnia of Sargeras. Over the years, we've built a community of people who genuinely like playing together. What: What does it mean to be semi casual? We expect our raiders to come prepared, know their classes, and not consistently wipe the raid with easy boss mechanics.

Why: Why us? The guild started as a group of military friends just trying to down bosses. We evolved to be AOTC oriented. Now we have evolved to doing our best in mythic Can you help us eventually achieve CE? Despite our military roots we are somewhat of a PC culture guild. We do not view that as a bad thing. Most of us are pushing 30 (or more) with families. Being an edgelord is not something that impresses us. We do not tolerate sexism-racism-hom/transphobia. We just want to have fun downing bosses together. While we are mature and friendly, we are progress oriented so strong play is required.
Any potential trials must have logs from BoD, be ilvl 410+, and atleast 6/9M. Though we have specific needs any exceptional player(with proof from logs) will be considered.
