Any exceptional raider that can maintain strong numbers and raid awareness will be considered however below is a list of priority classes we are hoping to recruit. Remember, we will not turn down a good player so please feel free to reach out to one of us to talk about trialing. For BoD we ask all raiders wanting to trial for Mythic to be minimum: 405lvl with a 39 Neck and must provide Logs.

Raid Schedule/Info/Requirements:
Mythic Raid/Progression: Tuesday and Thursday 8:30PM -11:30PM EST

Heroic Clear: Wednesday at 8:30PM EST.

Cauldrons, Feasts, Health Pots, Gems, and Enchants are provided to Raiders

We Ask:

You have great attendance and accept raid invites 10 minutes prior to raid starting.
Already prepared when the invites go out, this means gear and talents already set and ready and have battle pots.
Have knowledge of your class and how to maximize your potential on any encounter.
Have a good attitude, be open minded, and understand what it takes to be in a competitive Mythic Raid Guild. Raiders will need to be able to take criticism during raids and progression and work as a team. No negativity, racism, name calling, or raging during raid. Being in a competitive raid team means give and take, raiders must understand things will not always go there way and yes, sometimes sitting on bosses is necessary!

About Us / Community:
We are a mythic raiding guild that was formed in BFA, however the founders and officers have been playing together for a long time. Although we are newer we have accomplished a lot and killed bosses in respectable time frame. Our leadership and roster is full of high-end competitive players and we will be not only just pushing CE every tier but to be a top and competitive guild in the US. Although we only raid two nights a week our guild still maintains an active and fun place to be each week. The guild was started by a r1 and MDI finalist (Deathlobsta) and since the beginning have held that mentality of diversity in game. Our members are very active in M+, alt raids, parse runs, and PVP. We also have a fun, down-to-earth discord that has a “dank” meme page.

Stay Focused is a Zul’jin-based Horde guild that aims for a semi-hardcore raid experience. A handful of the core members have raided with one another through multiple expansions and aim to continue to do so. Many of our core have plenty of Cutting Edge kill experience.

Reclamations (5/9M BoD) is a mid-ranged Mythic raiding guild on Frostmane/Ner’zhul/Tortheldrin. Being a mid-ranged raiding guild we look to enjoy our time in and outside of raids together, whilst still pushing to be competitive and achieve Cutting Edge.

Many of us have been raiding together since WotLK and plan to raid on as a group into future expansions to come. What we look for in new raiders is to first fit in to our laid back low-stress culture and second meet performance standards required to be competitive in current content.

How the Guild Runs:

  • Both raid teams are ran by council-based leadership which allows for numerous opinions and different ranges of experience. Also allows for many voices to be introduced and different personalities to be represented.
  • Loot is done through RCLC to allow for the right pieces to go to the right people. At the end of the day, raiding is a group activity and we want to give the loot to the players who will benefit the raid the most.
  • Guild tolerates no drama. We understand that with numerous personalities and differences in opinions drama will arise, but we ask that people be understanding with each other.
  • Required addons for both raid teams are: Boss Timers, ERT, Damage Meters, and RCLootCouncil
  • With any progression focused guild, people will be asked to sit on the bench to either optimize our raid composition or rotate people in for gear on easier bosses. We ask that people be understanding that everyone will be benched at some point and that it isn’t anything personal, we just want to kill bosses like everyone else so we ask for everyone to be understanding.
