What are your current class needs? Well, we currently are recruiting all exceptional players for our core. For specific classes needed, check our WoWProgress page.

Are you intending to make a second raiding team? We have a Monday night only team now that raids Monday 7-11 EST with a more laid back atmosphere while still progressing.

What is your goal for the core? We plan to be competitive within the server and push for the highest progression we can with our hours.

Do you allow off server raiders? For trialing yes, but after that you must be within the guild, on the server.

What do you offer outside of raiding? Well, we have a solid group of people who enjoy pushing higher keys, we like to keep a good amount of backups and casuals within the guild to be able to do off-night fun/alt raids, and we have a community atmosphere. We also enjoy playing other games outside of WoW and just hanging out in discord.

Henlo! In this essay guild recruitment post, I will be discussing the guild Tyrannosaurus Rekt on Hyjal and its recruitment needs.

Tyrannosaurus Rekt is a CE-oriented guild founded just before Uldir began, at the time raiding on 6 hours/week. We fell just short of our goals last tier (1.1M wipe on G’huun ;^;), but this tier we aim to bolster the ranks and bring the pain.

This tier, we added a farm night (Thursday), but are maintaining our original progression hours of Sunday/Monday. Most of us are adults in their early 30s, and several of us retired from top 20 or better guilds to kill bosses as efficiently as we can, while also finding every means possible to shtpost.

Unrivaled is composed of raiders who have played together for a very long time. We created this guild with the mindset of enjoying our time together while getting cutting edge on a 9 hour raid schedule.

Raiding Schedule:

Tues - Thursday
5:30pm - 8:30pm PST
7:30pm - 10:30pm CST
8:30pm - 11:30pm EST

We rarely extend raid nights and if we do, its maybe 15 minutes at the most.
Optional heroic are typically Sunday same time if other like-minded players are interested but not mandatory.

Mythic Plus:

Many of our raiders enjoy playing mythic plus regularly. These groups happen on off nights randomly with several 2k+ tanks/healers/dps.

Loot System:

We handle loot through RC Loot Council. Any item looted by members of the raid that isn’t a direct upgrade AND is eligible for trading is expected to be given up and distributed through Loot Council. Eligible pieces are distributed based on size of upgrade, and the player’s predicted contribution on current progression bosses.

Roster and Bench:

For the sake of keeping a healthy attendance record, we maintain a roster of about 25 players. ALL of our players are expected to understand that there are times when riding the bench is necessary based on the strategy of a boss kill.
Expectations:

• Players must retain as close to 100% attendance as possible. We understand life and emergencies do happen however.
• Players must come to raid nights fully prepared. This means that players should have the necessary consumables, correct talents and prior research on whichever fight we happen to be progressing that night.
• Players need to be able to adapt to mechanics within a fight with as little of a detriment to their dps or healing as possible.
• Players are expected to be able to receive constructive criticism on their rotation or mechanical play.
• Players must have weakauras, ERT, and a bossmod - Big Wigs is preferred but DBM is fine!

Integrity is a 9 year old alliance guild on Doomhammer-Baelgun. We focus mainly on Heroic raiding, when we have 20 we try to do some Mythic. Very laid back group that likes to have fun. Apraxia on Zul’jin (Horde) is recruiting for its raid team. The guild was established in 2011 raiding through most tiers since then. Leadership has extensive Heroic (old)/ Mythic (new) experience with Top 200 US cutting edge kills.

The guild was put on hiatus after Emerald Nightmare in Legion, and is rebuilding for BoD and beyond. The group is growing its roster and looking to get back into Mythic ASAP. A lot of the players are returning members from past years and expansions due to the camaraderie the guild has pushed over the years. Proficient in Wagons formed during Legion and has stayed active throughout BFA with 2 nights a week raiding, Mythic+, and PvP on the side. We are currently 9/9 H 1/9 M in BoD. Our Raid Nights are Tuesday/Wednesday 9:00pm to 12:00am EST. We usually do alt/optional runs on Saturday based on interest.
We are not a hardcore guild aiming for CE as soon as possible, however we do like to make progress where we can, which means raiders should come with knowledge of the fights before raid time.

Pushing M+ keys has been a growing priority in the guild as more people are looking for challenging content outside of raids. Our active members are currently getting their +10s done every week. We have multiple guild members with .io 1k+.
Future members are welcome to join push teams if they are interested and able.

Our main objective is to keep up an active and enjoyable guild throughout BfA.
