No idea what time zone we’re in but we raid pretty late EST.

About Us: We’re currently 3/9 M BFD, 9/9H and previously 11/11M Antorus [Cutting Edge]. We are a semi-hardcore 2 night a week raiding guild that pushes for CE while having fun and have been raiding as a guild for over 5 years. We are on the server cluster of Malorne, Firetree, Spirestone, Stormscale, Rivendare, Drak’Tharon.

-Recruitment Needs-

Tank: Closed - Low priority
Melee: Any Class/spec - High Priority
Ranged: Any Class/spec but a preference for Shadow Priest or Boomkin - High Priority
Healer: Closed - Low Priority

All exceptional players will be considered for a spot regardless of spec.

-Guild Schedule-

Main Raids: Tue - Thurs 6:30p PST-9:30p PST or 9:30p-12:30a EST.
Optional / Not required (Currently Heroic BFD): Mon - 6:30p PST-9:30p PST or 9:30p-12:30a EST

RBG Nights: Wed 6:30p PST till no set time

Benefits: We provide the raid with Feasts, Flasks, Gems, Enchants and Repairs, all paid for and a non toxic constructive raiding environment. We are also fairly active outside of raid nights and regularly do Mythic+ and play other games together to hang out and are quite active on Discord.

This becomes possible when everyone meets gear requirements and understands the content. we don’t want raiding to feel like a second job but no one gets to hold the raid back.

The GM in Adept has experience raiding in a top 50 US guild and knows what it takes to build a solid team. We are not necessarily looking for Mythic ready players and we are not looking for the best players in the world. We are simply looking for players willing to learn and to grow as a team.

The plan is to form a solid core foundation and that plan is well under way. We are building a lasting group that not only wants to down bosses, but that also wants to build an amazing community in the process.

About us:
Meters over Everything started with a group of IRL friends looking to extend our group through WoW. MOE guild members treat each other with respect, and in doing so, earn it. Starting from the raid leader down to casual members, you can expect a respectful, fun, and collected demeanor environment at all times. If you are the type of person to link meters and rage at your team members during progression, M+, or any other then this guild is NOT for you. If you thrive with a bit of constructive criticism and understand that raiding takes a whole team, not just one elite team member, then we want YOU. We are very lenient with attendance, if you can show up to raid great if you can’t, that’s fine. At the end of the day this is just a game and we just want to have fun. If you decide you want to raid, we expect you to come prepare with consumables, boss encounter knowledge, etc. If we feel you’re not putting in enough effort, officers, raiders, anyone will be benched. We want to have fun but at the same time keep the competitive edge with us at all times, no one will be getting carried through current progression.

Current Guild progression with new roster began 2/7/19, currently have completed 1/9M 8/9H 9/9N. We will be looking to clear this tier on heroic and aim to down some bosses in Mythic difficulty before next tier release.

During none raiding nights, we do M+ keys, islands, alt runs, our members will be more than happy to help out with gearing. We also welcome anyone who would like to join as a casual and participate in M+, islands, alt runs.

About our Guild:
Roadrunners formed at the start of Wrath and is one of the oldest guilds on kil’jaeden. Raiding on a short schedule(t/w/t 8-11pst), we are able to stay competitive by making effective use of our raid time. Loot is handled fairly with a loot council. We aim for a raiding roster of 25 players who are able to maintain a high level of play and attendance. Trial Expectations:
If you are accepted for trial you are expected to be in guild and ready to raid by the next reset. Trial periods typically last 2-4 weeks, during which you will receive plenty of raid time so that your play can be evaluated. We expect you have a working mic and are able to communicate clearly should something happen during an encounter. Being able to take constructive criticism is a must. We are looking for progression minded players who want to raid on a shorter schedule. Class knowledge and prior raid experience is a huge plus.
