It being in alpha doesn’t mean bad design shouldn’t be pointed out well in advance. Especially given blizzards history of not listening to feedback regarding obviously bad mechanics/items.
Oh making Eagle raid wide. No that’d be pretty dumb, and they’d start working that into their raid design. Who wants a raid boss that you can’t be in melee of for 10 seconds every 3 minutes?
Can’t wait for when blizz ignores all the feedback and people say “well why didn’t you guys say anything in alpha!”

So far they’ve thankfully be pretty on point with responding to feedback people are giving in the alpha. Hopefully the trend continues and they’ve actually learned their lesson but I know that’s also some peak copium.

I mean just imagine it with the 50% increased CC duration cd they have. Imagine sinful ret warrior with an evoker doing a go with 40 yard range and 50% increased cc duration.

It’s not that it isn’t an issue, obviously on demand CCs are insane at 40 yards. But consider as well the fact that the difference between step kidney/cheap and evoker kidney/cheap is what, 15 yards extra? Yeah, that can make a difference obviously, but prob 70-80% of the time this really won’t be the reason they land those.
Kicks are a problem, but if we’re saying this is going to be used 100% of the time off CD, then you’re spending 1/15th of the game at 40 yards. That’s really not a whole hell of a lot.

+50% cc duration on a single cd is busted enough.
Imagine evoker ww X, evoker go in after the grip aoe pressing roar them, then monk aoe legsweep for 7.5sec.
I raise you the counterplay of adoption being run again. And actually, now that I think about it, that will increase the value of adoption to Legion levels imo
I do enjoy how Dracthyr plays, and some of this may just not be an issue. Better to see it played out.
