1 hour for Classic, 4 hours for BfA.

Up to 4 hours for BfA, my guess they may have caught something, and want to make sure they slotted themselves enough time to look into it while noone is online.

Edit: Also why is it bloody showing me as lvl 67, I’m lvl 120 dang it! angry fox noises

They gave themselves 4 hours, but I somehow doubt it will be only 4 hours, they will probably screw something else up and extend maintenance.
