I'm going to refer to my post to the alpha forums before BFA was released and I think the sentiment is still the same, especially in establishing a perceived meta of 3 heals vs 4 heals just like they did to 3s in which they prevented 2 healing.
I personally think there should be some sort of iteration to prevent class stacking and establish a meta that prevents 4 healing

For instance, in a certain patch many times groups may require 3 demon hunters, 2DKs, 2 rogues, 1 mist weaver and 2 holy priests etc. but maybe in another patch the meta may shift which may require 3 boomkins, 2 shadow priest, 2 affliction locks, 3 mist weavers or some variance of this to play at a competitive level.
Example:

Both teams have: 3 demon hunters, 2 rogues, 2 holy priests, 1 mw, 1 hunter at 2100mmr
This often locks out many players from groups due to their class and or specialization not fitting with the current meta.
I would love to see some type of iteration that prevents class stacking and encourages or requires class or specialization variance in all RBG settings.
I think this may help to improve RBG participation and I think it would make many players happy that they can compete with their main character rather than whatever the current meta requires.
