Hmm. I don’t know. Outlaw is in a weird spot where it’s hard to play and everybody is just abusing Subtlety so it’s not getting much exposure so it’s hard to get a feel for how it’s doing.

Fair, but I’m telling you plainly, as someone who actually plays the spec, and someone who speaks to other Outlaws who are better than me on an at-least weekly basis for advice and what-have-you…
It’s sturdy. It does somewhat consistent damage assuming no short luck on Opportunity procs. But it has no way to FINISH HIM!
Been playing with Blinding Powder again though. It’s good, but you sac the shield from bad RTB rolls (assuming you typically run Loaded Dice).
This is more of an issue in shuffle, I think. Just playing to live worked fine in SL. I haven’t played or seen it much in DF, though, so I don’t know. Maybe I’ll try that instead of Assa this time around.
Outlaw generally most fun in terms of like actual gameplay.

The uptime outlaw can have esp in a mage meta is insane and I could see drake playing it and winning with it in the AWC
A bit, because in Shuffle everyone just “sends it” whenever, not really caring for when you set things up. In 3s and 2s…

we messed around with like every variation of the classes we were playing
started brew/arms, brew/fury, swapped ww/fury, ww/arms, got active on triple dps ww/prot/aug
ended on ww/prot/pres, unintentionally sniping cov
honestly it was a legendary night of q’ing
