They’ve got an IO score lower than my braincell count. 
I found the problem. Can you PUG to 3k? For sure, I know someone personally who did. Do I recommend it? No.
The good news is in a little bit we will get head enchants that will increase everyone’s damage by about 3% (or more if tuned higher).
You need to be persistent if you are pugging to get that 3k achieve.
Communication is also key. Yes it’s a 12, but you can’t always assume everyone’s on the same page.
