does that + aotc reward definitely say 100% 10.2 is last tier for dragonfight?

Maybe. I mean I don’t know why you would have an AOTC mount for a mid-expac raid given that the others didn’t have one. A 10.3 release would be like 9 months away and need to be playable for usually 6-12 months, I don’t think it’s going to happen. And you know what, I wouldn’t mind. I feel showered with content even if there are only 3 raids. I don’t want another SL S4 though I hated that. Just make 10.2/season 3 long please. Long seasons are the best for alt enjoyers like myself.

It says S2 gearing was way too easy and fast and they’re adjusting it so we spend more time in the grind.

I think its very apparent they’re gearing towards an expansion announcement. Honestly I’d like another patch to df if they focus on setting up what’s to come. I’d hate another mop to wod incident.

Yes ideally just like BFA s4, if it’s fun, I’m good with that. Fall 2024 isn’t that far away, just another year.
In two years, we will be as far from 2000 as 2000 will be from 1975

In S3 SL we had a mount, than we got S4.
But that was the only time I can recall an AOTC had a mount and more content.
Hopefully we get another SL type S4 where we can get more goodies and ‘finish’ our characters.
Six patches in 2023, and most of 2024 on the same patch that ended 2023 – that would be a paradigm shift from their current patch cadence. Please no.

I’m not saying we need to be in 10.2.0 forever. They can still do 10.2.5, 10.2.7, prepatch of some sort, etc.
I don’t want a new season all the time. Especially if there is no new raid, that’s some nonsense. I’m not regearing in 100% old content, heck no. I will gear up and enjoy being geared.

Except this time when there is no one online, so you can only really do outdoor solo content. Good luck taking too many alts up to KSM/KSH/AOTC/CE.
Fated DF raids are the only way we’re getting dinars back.

I made another druid last week and it took less than 5 minutes to fill up each key from 2-16. The thing is that there is a healer shortage in low keys so groups are usually just desperate for a healer. Just play a healer or find a healer friend and go. You’d be surprised how much healers can get away with nowadays (like 370 ilvl in a 16 lol). People who have been around the block specifically look for groups with a healer in them (because they know it could be a 30 minute wait if they join a low key with no healer).

I don’t think there is much point in speculating except for the drama.
DF content pacing has been really good, so I think a 3 raid tier expansion would be a let down, especially ending with Fryakk as the last boss.
But, it does have some patterns like an Aotc mount (normally for final raids) and a mythic mount (normally for 2nd and final tiers, and Aberrus had one).
Maybe some patterns get broken?
If there isn’t a 4th raid tier I’m 99% sure there will be a season 4 with a new dungeon pool. Legion, BFA, and SL all had 4 mythic+ seasons and with the current DF pacing it’s hard to imagine it not having 4 as well. Also, I think every expansion has had 4 PvP seasons as well or am I crazy? I remember them adding 4th seasons even with no PvE changes specifically in MoP.

Even if there are no new raid in S4 they might do fated raids in S4 of DF like SL did. It wasn’t so bad.
Fated raids wasn’t so bad since we get to back to back the older raids in the expansion and complete our mogs. Also I guess end of SL we have whole new talent systems so some specs are super OP to play aand other got some major changes and makes the class fun again.
The most important indicator that this is potentially the last patch is based on 10.2 timing and Blizzcon.
It is very likely coming out after Blizzcon, where they are definitely going to announce the next expansion which will be released in Q4 2024. There won’t be enough time for a real 10.3.
