About Us:
No Bully is a semi-hardcore group of longtime raiders who have decided to join together once again for BFA. We are based on US-Stormreaver Horde, and come with a wealth of experience in end-game progression. We have a relatively lax raiding schedule (see below) but value our time very heavily and for that reason we emphasize always bringing your best attitude and coming prepared. When raiding together in the past, we have always managed to hit Cutting Edge in each raid and that continues to be our goal into the future.

Hey there!

My group could use another solid player. We are a cutting-edge focused guild forming up for Battle of Dazar’alor. The group is full of competitive and talented raiders with experiences ranging from top 200 all the way to top 10 and everything between.

We raid Tuesday and Thursday from 8pm – 11pm EST and our goal is to achieve cutting edge at a respectable ranking. We are from Thrall horde side . We hold our raiders to high standards and expect players to play well without having to be babysat every fight. About Us:
Echelon has been a 20-man or 25-man raiding guild since the start of Ulduar and has continuously improved since it’s inception. The guild was founded on the principles that good players should be able to progress content on a light schedule. We raid two nights a week, for 8 hours. Period. An extra night is never added.

Echelon understands that there are great players out there that cannot commit to an intense hardcore schedule but would still like to raid at a competitive level. The guild has been continuously ranked at or near the top of progress for two-night a week guilds raiding at the maximum difficulty (25-man previously, 20-man currently). When joining Echelon you will be a part of a stable guild with strong leadership that isn’t going anywhere. Players joining our guild tend to stay for the long haul.

Furthermore, the guild strives to create an environment that is fun and rewarding. You won’t find players at each others throats here, such individuals will not last and will not make it past the recruitment process. Most of our members have families, jobs, and other commitments that preclude them from a more hardcore schedule. We come together with the same goal and that is to always clear the end-boss of a tier before new content becomes available.

Raiding with Echelon:
If you are accepted into our guild, you will be raiding. We typically do not carry a large bench and everyone participates. With loot in BfA we will be using RCLC to distribute unneeded loot via Loot Council. Our loot council is very fair and transparent that tends to prioritize need.

We ask all our members to research fights, know their class and participate in our forums regarding boss strategy. With an 8 hour schedule it’s important everyone is prepared as we must maximize our time. We have a short break at about the half-way point each night, other than that we expect to be efficiently clearing and progressing.

Guild: Heroes and Legends [A] Stormrage

Heroes and Legends was founded by a core of former hardcore raiders that have once again decided to pursue Mythic Raiding at the start of the expansion. We are currently 5/8M with eyes on being 6/8M. We have a solid core of raiders wanting to achieve Cutting Edge next tier.

Our guild has multiple mythic + teams that are working on getting our Mythic + scores higher (bit of a late start on that one). We regularly run Mythic + on off nights. Most of our core players have numerous purple/orange parses and are continuously striving to improve our performance. Most consumables are supplied by the guild (all consumables will be supplied in 8.1 when alchemy mats requirements are lowered) and up to 1000 gold nightly is offered for repairs.

Expectations

All raiders are expected to have researched Boss strategies prior to raid nights.

Addon requirements: Angry Assignments, Weak Auras, RCLootCouncil, DBM/Big Wigs.

80% attendance or better and notifying an officer if a raid will be missed

We run loot council on non needed loot (you keep your personal loot and decide if you want to put it up for the officers to give to someone else in the group) making RCLootCouncil as previously mentioned, a must have addon. Loot is distributed on a merit based system accounting for player performance, attendance, reliability etc. We often times will discuss awards with the guild during raid if there are differing opinions on the council.

Help with sales! We regularly run heroics/mythic 10+ to make the guild and ourselves some coin.

Be social! Our guild loves to hang out in discord with each other beyond just playing WoW. A lot of us play other games together (League of Legends, Ring of Elysium, Battlefield etc). Most of our recruits that have done well put forth an effort to socialize with members. It’s always better to raid with friends than strangers :slight_smile:

   Salt Factory is a later evening guild located on Tichondrius - US, formerly known as Insomnia of Sargeras. Over the years, we've built a community of people who genuinely like playing together. Simple Math is currently looking for players who love both PvE and PvP content and want to push themselves to be the best! Things you should know about us:

  • Guild founded in 2006 and has achieved all relevant raiding server firsts since Tier 6 (yes, everything).
