What: What does it mean to be semi casual? We expect our raiders to come prepared, know their classes, and not consistently wipe the raid with easy boss mechanics.

Where: Horde and high pop Zul’Jin server
Why: We are a mostly 30+ year old crowd with the core leadership having served in the military together. In our first guild run ( 17 Feb) we managed to clear 7/11H ABT. Since we started as a guild late we didnt get too far into Mythics. We are excited to see how far we can go in BfA pushing mythics casually.
Any potential trials must have logs from Uldir, be ilvl 370+, and atleast 3/8M. Though we have specific needs any exceptional player(with proof from logs) will be considered.

<Whisper> is a US-Based Horde guild on Area 52, a high population, and horde dominated realm. Recently, our guild made the move from Burning Blade in hopes of attracting a larger pool of applicants. We are a tight knit community of players, many of us have raided together for years. Most of us are retired raiders, that have raided top 10, to top 50 US; and are seeking dedicated raiders for our mythic progression. Even though we only raid 2 nights per week, we still have always managed to clear all available content in a timely fashion, often ahead of many guilds that raid significantly more than us. Moving forward, our goal is to continue to achieve cutting edge in an environment that is comfortable, and respects our member’s time.
Progression Schedule:
We raid 7 ½ hours per week on the following schedule:
Tuesday from 7:15 PM EST - 11 PM EST

We take one 10 minute break about halfway through raid.
We require all raiders to be on and in raid by 7:10 for first pull at 7:15.
Our Expectations:
The ideal candidate will be one that is actively doing relevant content in the game, outside of our raid schedule, and with other guild members.
Maintain an 85% attendance.
Perform mechanically, as well as to the best of your class’ ability.
Have knowledge of the fights.
Come prepared to raid.
A positive and constructive attitude.

Apotheosis is looking for exceptional applicants for mythic raiding.
We have been together since the start of Cata from the merger of two 10 man groups, both of which were raiding as a 25 man at some point. The original guild members have been raiding together since BC.
For the longest time we were raiding three days a week and obtaining most of the server first. After taking a break we decided to come back and raid fewer days but more efficient. We decided to run two days to give us more opportunities to experience the game and not to make the game life consuming.
The vast majority of the guild hold professional jobs or are in college so we try to make the best use of our time. We raid 2 days a week and want to maximize our attempts and progress . We expect people to show up on time, contribute to strats, and bring no drama.
We run mythic+ and various other runs through out the week.
TLDR; Mythic Progression Guild since legion. Stable group, no roster problems & no toxicity. Active outside of raids on WoW & other games + discord. Looking for likeminded skilled raiders/players. Only looking for people that will be sticking around throughout the entire BoD Tier, reliable & are quick learners. Previous mythic experience + logs are a plus, but not required.
