I know i know 2 healing priests! we are a 7/8M and 6/8M priest duo looking for a preferably 2-day(fri/sat) weekend guild. Horde/Alliance doesn’t matter, as well as weekdays assuming its not super late into the night. We know finding a guild that wants 2 priests will be tough so we don’t expect the same progression(lower is fine!).

the holy priest has a 120 monk that she would heal on instead of priest but needs to be geared up to appropriate levels if that’s the route the guild wants. Our casual progression guild ended up dying. Looking for the same atmosphere

Recruitment Needs for Mythic: (Transfer Required) 1 holy paladin, 1 disc priest, 1 holy priest , 1 ranged dps. Potentially 1 stud melee player. Anyone talented regardless of class/spec will be considered. Do not be shy to apply even if you are not one of our high priority classes.

We also recruit normal and heroic only raiders for our normal and heroic raids. We have many awesome less hardcore players that join us for heroic and normal to learn from our mythic raiders. This is a very active and growing guild. Our raiders do not just log on to raid and than disappear.

Guild Goals: To full clear mythic uldir in a timely competitive fashion [COMPLETED; cut our US ranking in HALF] and all future mythic raid tiers going forward in a quick and competitive manner. We set our goals and then we do what it takes to meet them. We do meet our goals. Period. We started antorus 6 months late and burned our way through cutting edge Antorus. This IS a cutting edge raiding guild with structure and organization.

Raid Schedule
[Mythic] Thursday 8:30pm-10:30pm cst for farm bosses.
[Mythic] Sat/Sun main mythic progression days 3:30-7:30 pm central.
[Heroic] Tuesday is our heroic uldir for our mythic raiders/sales run 8:30 central to 11:00pm. This run is optional but highly recommended for gear sharing.
[Heroic] Wednesday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.

We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is * required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.

More about the guild: We do it all, we aren’t just raiders. We are extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 28-35. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. When it is raid time, we get focused and serious and competitive in a non toxic results oriented manner. Very active and supportive guild filled with awesome human beings. Our raiders are competitive players always striving to better themselves. Flasks and feasts and vantus runes are provided for all progression raiding. We constantly analyze logs and push for improvement. We do not settle for mediocrity in any of our members so by being a part of this guild you will become a better player and person. Come join Praetorian Guard and get your daily dose of mythics, memes, and gay! We are a laid-back group of mildly obnoxious friends that have been raiding on Draenor-US for a little over 8 years now, and believe that a casual schedule shouldn’t mean a lack of effort. [A] Game Over’s new weekend team (US- Proudmoore Server) is recruiting for a Cutting-Edge team focused on pushing Fridays 7:30 to 12:30 EST and Saturdays 7:30 to 12:30 EST. We are looking for talented players of all roles who are ready and willing to make the most of the two-day raid times and add to our strong and close community outside of raid.

Goal

Our focus is first and foremost to achieve Cutting-Edge as a weekend raid team, and to help build up a stronger raid community alongside our other raid teams

Expectations of Members –

  • Be prepared to raid, including consumables, knowledge of the fights, and have gear enchanted and ready. Knowing how to sim yourself, and read logs are also very important.
  • Since we only raid two days a week, 100% attendance is required of all members, although those with credible reasons to miss must inform the officer core so we can adjust accordingly.
  • Since this is a weekend raid group, a mature and focused attitude is preferred, we don’t want drama and bad attitudes
  • Preparing your gear inside and outside of raid is very important, we have a very active group of people in the guild who actively run M+, so outside of raid it is recommended that members run them and get their keys done
  • Keep your necklaces up to date!
  • Our community is strong, with a main team that is active and pushing cutting edge, obtaining it every raid tier, and being in this team means being part of this community, so we expect players to act accordingly, being toxic to other teams will not be accepted, and we hope you can make efforts to integrate with the guild’s community.

<Valyrian> is a 2-day/week mythic progression guild. We currently raid 7:30-10:30pst Tuesday and Thursday. We pride ourselves in still being able to push mythic content while raiding 6 hours per week. Although our main focus is pushing raid content, most members are still very active in pushing keystones, clearing Heroic content on alts/mains, and general BSing in Discord. Currently we are looking for skilled and mechanically intelligent DPS, an attentive healer, and potentially a tank if they posses high situational awareness an impeccable attendance history.

As a successful candidate, you should posses the following qualities:

  • Extensive knowledge of your class and at least a basic knowledge of the other classes. This includes having substantive knowledge of at least one offspec and a willingness to fill the needs of the raid with either role.
  • Although addons are not necessary to play this game, BigWigs and/or Deadly Boss Mods are essential for most - exceptional players may bypass this, but there are no excuses to those who make mistakes to not have these and other addons.
  • Leave your ego at the door when you come to raid. Being objective is paramount in mythic progression. Consequently, those who cannot take constructive criticism or understand that multiple raid strategies/answers to the problem at hand may have a difficult time.
  • An expectation of some crude language, BS, and general shenanigans; we’re a guild that likes to have fun, while at the same time taking a serious note when necessary to push progression. - If some offensive language and possibly(probably) some crude humor offends you, this may not be the guild for you.
  • We keep drama to a minimum; this includes gear, flirting, and raid protocol. You should strive to keep a positive attitude, and most of all have fun! Drama and whining/bltching doesn’t help anyone and makes everyone’s mood suffer.
  • Understanding and learning of mechanics before the start of a raid encounter - use of YouTube videos, reading the Encounter Journal, and raid strategy forums are all ways that every raider should prepare themselves for an encounter.
  • Patience and perseverance through raid encounters. Progression is not always easy. As such, you should come with the understanding that progression hinges on 20 members dialing in mechanics, which can take time and sometimes feels like the equivalent of beating your d!ck with a shoe.

What you can expect from us:

  • We are not a democracy. Successful guilds rarely thrive for long periods of time when they hinge on the whims of the many. As such, <Valyrian> maintains officers in charge of various guild activities and decisions. However, these decesions are not solely done without the input of non-officers though. Consideration of who raids, and how often, is strictly done on the basis of overall raid progression.
  • We are an adult guild. This means that language, crude humor, and non-PC dialogue are all free game. However, we do not encourage bullying or purposefully offending other guild mates.
  • Sometimes in order to push content, it requires hundreds of pulls. This means that we may spend an entire week on an encounter and still not get it down. This is inherent in pushing mythic content. Accordingly, you can expect us to wipe many times.
  • Ultimately, we’re comprised mostly of people who have played this game for a while (Beta, Vanilla, and on), and enjoy it most when progressing through raid content. Consequently, we enjoy the company of others who are looking for a similar story and come to play this game to unwind a bit.
  • Most other members have very active and busy lives. This means that when we come to play WoW, we aren’t looking for more stress and more drama. We still want to push content, but not at the expense of losing our sanity over a video game. So expect us to take a mindset of pushing content, while at the same time making sure we’re having fun and not taking ourselves too seriously.

Our plans for the future:

We’re looking to go into Dazar’alor with the intent of getting Cutting Edge: Jaina and continuing to push mythic content further into BFA.
