Currently looking for a serious, progressive minded guild building toward CE. Must be active, organized and in need of a BM hunter. Looking for a permanent spot not sitting the bench. I do not mind sitting for people who need kills, etc but looking for full time. Prefer 2 nights per week and no weekends on Mal’ganis but can transfer if the team is a good fit. Mythic+ is a must and PvP would be a super bonus.
My logs are on Warcraftlogs to be looked at. I mostly have 90++ parses but can do better with organized groups. Dealing with a bunch of sloppy people, bad healers and tanks, it’s hard to perform my best possible!
I’m easy going, love to joke, over 21 and committed to attendance as you can see in logs. I never miss a week.

388 gear in bags, currently 1500’s for PvP and over 1k io in mythic plus dungeons.

   Salt Factory is a later evening guild located on Tichondrius - US, formerly known as Insomnia of Sargeras. Over the years, we've built a community of people who genuinely like playing together. We wanted to once again come together and create something for BFA. We believe in the mantra "raid smarter, not harder" and established a guild built upon that belief. Raid days: Wed-Thurs(9-12 pm US Central, 10-1AM US Eastern, 7-10PM US Pacific).
Optional runs Tuesdays for Heroic as well as M+ runs on other off-days

Currently Recruiting (Preferences):

Neck Ilvl must be 36 , close to it or above.
This is non negotiable. With the new raid minimum of 38 is required to unlock DPS traits.

About Us:

Guild Atmosphere

We have mostly adults here, averaging about 30 in age. We’re still plenty immature at times and we have lots of fun. There’s some dry humor, a meme channel in Discord and hidden bot commands to troll each other. We’re a family here. We spend the day chatting in Discord chat from our phones or work until people start getting home and logging in. We have people with children and families and share complaints about cranky children and spouses. We are a highly active community of people. If you joined Rally, you could physically raid 5 nights a week and a lot of people do. We bring alts to other raids or even raid the same raids again despite loot lockouts because it’s just fun to hang with these people and smash !@#$ together.

We are looking to recruit people who fit into our group well and get along. We are looking for people who care and want to learn and get better or are already skilled but lack the time to dedicate to hardcore raiding as well. Whether you still want to push progression or just want to raid once a week for fun and minimal pressure, please apply!

We are a tight knit community of friends with a solid foundation of real life and long term friends having played WoW and other games together for 10+ years. We have a diverse membership with several couples, male and female, and new and experienced players. The Crimson Cross is a gaming community and currently holds the Guinness World Record for Longest Active Online Gaming Guild. We have been together through various games for many years, and we made our home here in WoW starting with Legion.
