370 Equipment Cache for Warfront?

Um, am I missing something, or is the armor reward for the Warfront: The Battle for Stormgarde now much lower than it has been lately? (370 vs. 400)

Is this intended?

Not worth, if so… hope everyone is able to enjoy that unusable equipment!

I saw that, I am not doing it for only 370 gear.

Stromgarde is 370, Darkshore is 400.

Darkshore came out in 8.1

It’s always rewarded ilvl 370 gear from the quest.

It is Arathi, the first warfront.

The second warfront Darkshore gives higher base ilvl gear rewards.

I’m assuming the third warfront will give even higher base ilvl gear when 8.2 drops.

You can do it for the transmog, as the pieces from the quest are the “Elite” version appearance.

Basically this. I’d highly recommend everyone nab the warfront appearances they want as soon as possible. As warfronts are queued content, who knows if these appearances will continue to be available after the expansion is over, or if people will even want to be queuing for Stromgarde anymore once that max ilevel continues to creep upwards.

As the others said do it for the mog. I try to run them everytime they are up on multiple toons and I’m still missing some pieces so it can take awhile, damn you RNG lol.

If only there was a token system that allowed players to buy what they want vs. RNG that makes getting the last piece you need very challenging!

I wouldnt mind being able to buy warfront pieces with the currency you get from the warfront and the quests in the warfront zones (cant remember the currencies name).

Yea. You only do Arathi for transmog.

Eh, I do it for the 15 service medals. Every bit helps if you are interested in the mounts, 395 ring w/port, heirlooms, xp potions or mog cloaks. And Arathi tends to be over fairly quickly. So totally worth running to me.
