The ideal candidate for our raid team would be someone that feels the same way about progression that we do. We as a guild are looking for players that have the drive to improve and the willingness to put the team before themselves in order to progress at a pace we feel is achievable. Great players will always be welcome.
We will never turn away a more casual player who wishes to wear our guild tag.

We plan on hitting the ground running right into Heroic followed by Mythic raiding for consistent CE come SL release. We’re looking for players with some prior mythic experience who want to step into a more organized raid environment going into the expansion. We might be a bit of a jump for you in particular, but the positive attitude you described in your post and the rate at which you’ve gone from getting introduced to the game to dabbling in mythic content says to me that we might have the environment and resources you need to move into CE-level play.
The one concern I have is that you mentioned looking for late-night activities, and with raid times from 7 to 10pm EST, we’re early birds compared to most guilds. If that’s not deal-breaking, give us a look and contact us if you like what you see.
When you’re skimming our guild info, I want to draw your attention to our focus on raid culture, which I expect may jive with your desire to find the right atmosphere in your new guild. THE DEADMEN is the largest and most active guild on our server. In addition to our three raid nights, we hold Glory Raid Achievement runs every Saturday, and Hide & Seek nights every couple weeks. We run Mythic+ keystones daily, and Mondays are “Mythic Mondays” with most of the guild online to run keys. We are also very helpful when it comes to gearing alts and new players, with many members willing to run keys and Normal/Heroic Nyalotha to help gear up new characters.
We have a very social and friendly community. Most evenings have approximately 30-40 members online playing. Our discord server is very active. Most nights have anywhere between 10-20 of our members utilizing our channel to socialize and hang out. However, all of our social events are optional.

<Dusk to Dawn> is a newish, late night Horde guild on Mal’Ganis forming for the rest of BFA and into Shadowlands. Our goal for Shadowlands is to clear at least 75% of Mythic every tier. CE would be nice, but I’m not going to promise that. What I will promise, is a small, tight-knit group of people that love playing together, no matter what the content we are doing. I’m more concerned about finding people that want a long term home to raid with tier after tier instead of just finding people that want CE and bounce between guilds to get it. We just got AotC last week and will continue to raid this xpac while we fill the roster to get started in Mythic. Many of our core raiders come from prior Mythic/CE backgrounds. We also spend 3-4 hours running M+ together every night we aren’t raiding (and sometimes even on nights we are raiding). Dungeon and raid achievement runs will also take place. If it sounds like a good fit, I would love to chat more!

Raid Days and Times:
-We raid Tuesday and Thursday from 11pm-2am PST or 2am-5am EST or 1am-4am CST
-We also have optional raid days on Wednesday/Monday at the same times where we do carry runs. We sell Heroic Nyalotha and Jaina mounts to make our raiders some money as well as fund things like guild repairs and money for proffesions in Shadowlands. Attendance is optional on these days.

We’re currently looking for a healer to round out our roster. Check us out and see if you think we would be a good fit!
Proficient (formerly known as Proficient in Wagons) formed during ABT and has stayed active throughout the end of Legion and through BFA. We were 3/8 M in EP, and currently 9/12 M Nya. Our Raid Nights are Tuesday/Wednesday 9:00pm to 12:00am EST. We usually do alt/optional runs on Saturday based on interest. We are not a hardcore guild aiming for CE, however we do like to make progress in Mythic where we can, which means raiders should come with knowledge of the fights before raid time. Currently, we are doing mythic farm content on Tuesdays and progression Mythic content on Wednesdays. We have most recently downed Drest’agath, and are currently working on Il’gynoth.
Pushing M+ keys has been a growing priority in the guild as more people are looking for challenging content outside of raids. Our active members are currently getting their +15s done every week with little to no trouble. We have multiple guild members with .io 2.7k+. Future members are welcome to join push teams if they are interested and able.
Our main objective and priority is to keep up an active and enjoyable community throughout BfA and then into Shadowlands.
We have an active discord at night and highly encourage its use outside of events for greater enjoyment of the game. Discord is required for events (raids).
We are looking for a healer and a few dps to fill in our numbers. Mythic spots are set by performance and/or comp for progression, and then we try to rotate people in for rekills. Currently, we are melee heavy, so priority recruitment would be for RDPS.
We might have a tank spot available if the fit and circumstances are right.

Guild Information
Sublime is a well established end game raiding guild with a long history of Horde first accomplishments on Lightninghoof since 2006. We are a group of people that have been raiding together since vanilla performing at top raid progression on the server. Our raid sizes have varied over the history of the game, but we have always continued to raid. We have gained new long term guild members, see other members move on, and see old faces return. In all that time our guild has continued on. Our guild has now moved to the server Hyjal in order to be part of a larger and more active community. With new energy we look forward to where the end of BFA is going to take us and moving forward into Shadowlands.
Raiding Expectations
Players are expected to attend all raids per week and message an officer or post in discord if they will miss a raid. We understand that real life issues happen and we are happy to accommodate you, as long as notice is given.
All applicants should be near or at their ideal setup to directly contribute to our current content.
Raiders should always live up to their mistakes and learn from them.
We provide funds for repairs as well as flasks and consumables for progression content. Along with free enchants/gems for main spec gear.
We do not recruit for the bench, however we will make the most optimal group based on who is online for the raid.
