I don’t believe I’ve waited 30 minutes, but yeah, the queue isn’t that bad. Unless you’re Horde, of course. For them a 30 minute queue is NOT BEING ABLE TO PLAY THE GAME!

I would rather not have to waste my time smashing my head against people who bought all their boe gear and are just running through people, and if i don’t do this I get banned…
EDIT: Oh and the people that did Naxx and are unkillable aswell
Maybe you should queue the other 3 Battlegrounds for a change of pace? Most horde aren’t even queuing AV because of the discord thing plus most of the geared alliance that were farming horde via premades prepatch switched to AV after bliz implemented the patch last Tuesday.
I’m not sure why alliance are so adamant to queue for AV only and avoid queuing for the other BGs.
It’s pugs winning, I’ve never seen discord or people advertising premades in chat
It’s just a bracket where all the serious alliance PVPers are getting honor, the only people queing the other bgs are just AFKing for badges. Also this is a bait thread if you haven’t noticed, alliance are pretty happy with the trade of ez honor and leaving horde to zug zug each other in the other less profitable brackets

Please do this. So then alliance can face other alliance premades. I’m not sure you would want this change.

I see so many comments about Alliance “cheating” by using premades and discord.
Is the inventor of discord an alliance player and made is so horde can’t use it or what? Horde just aren’t clever enough to figure it out?
Don’t get me wrong, I hate premades, and think it should only be premade vs premade (oh wait, horde doesn’t know how to do them).
Can’t be the wait times, Alliance is up to 30 minutes and still apparently does them.
depends, if the ally just post a discord link at the start of the game, then that is not cheating. If they are forming these premades and skirting around the queue to get around the fact that AV does not allow premades, that IS cheating, because the game was decided before anyone hit “enter battleground.”
The big problem with fighting premades, on top of the increase communication, is that they can tailor suit their team with the best gear and composition, an overwhelming advantage that the other can not have if they are a pug.
If you are in a AV and one team is in full purples and in discord the other team doesnt even have half of their team at level 70 and not in discord, the game was already decided.
to say"well you can do it too" misses the entire point. Doping on steriods is cheating in professional sports. The proper action is to punish the cheaters, not tell everyone else to start doping too.
Like, i dont see why people in wow are so against fair matches. games are more fun when there is good back and forth between both teams. Blowouts are not fun, in any game. You think people want to spend good money on a boxing match that is over in 1 minute?
lol, Alliance complaining that their queues are too long because Horde don’t play AV due to getting stomped. SAME. EXACT. COMPLAINTS.

Okay . . . so queue for another BG while you queue for AV. It’ll usually pop a few minutes after you’re done. I dont know why people would complain waiting 20-30 mins for 600-700 honor.

the main PvP game is inside your mind, and if you join BG thinking its 40man premade that will stomp you, you’ve already lost
