Honestly, I was active on my DK in BGs. I did probably 200(i was very close to 100 win acheive). I always go to Iceblood Tower and cap it/defend it until it burns. Yes, sometimes there is no action there. It is not my fault that the AV is a game that encourages players to stand around and defend/wait for timers. Legit, look at my proximity. I probably spent most of my time in AV within very close proximity to a caping objective. First time “offense” getting 30 days is great. Honesty, Appeal it/reduce the punishment or perma my account. Its absurd that gold buy gets 3 days and then they throw out a mass ban wave for BG “non-participation” for 30 days. If that account cant play for wolk launch, its dead to me anyways.
