They do need to increase the cores you can get from visions up to cap. All this artificial cap does is prevent alts and people who came back late from utilizing the same corruption others already at cap can. If you cant or don’t raid you cant catch up and since I do mostly M+ and know others only do M+ high keys it is ridiculous to not be able to get to cap.
