Yea if you stop me from capping I kill you that’s pvp
I try and get people out as quickly as possible, if people are actively trying to stop me from capping and I die as a result, I’ll sit in the graveyard to demoralize people so I can get out of th egame
If you don’t like pvp don’t q, I’m not 5 stacking. The purpose of this thread is to help people on the forums gear new toons
Kinda insane you’re qing bgs and think people who try to be good at them are toxic. Sounds like you need a new hobby m8
You’re not competitive though; no one who goes 21-1 in anything is competitive; they are punching down. The fact that you reply the way you do, have no understanding that what you’re saying puts you in several borderline columns and continue to do this dozens of times a night every night is frankly startling.
I imagine there are nothing but wingless flies within a 200’ radius of your parents house just walking around; wondering who that guy was.
The fact that you reply the way you do tells me that you don’t enjoy doing bgs.
Bg rats q bg’s because it’s the content we like. We don’t do keys (Even though I’ve done 20’s this season,) we don’t really like rated that much (Even though I’ve gotten 2400 several times, and have 2100 mmr in 3s rn.) We like to group up with our friends, hang out, and get excited when we face people we know on the enemy team.
I’m actually married, have two beautiful kitties, and just graduated college lol
I take my fitness super seriously, and plenty of people on the forums know what I look like.
Your idea that I’m this super sweaty neckbeard couldn’t be farther from the truth. Bg’s are just how I cope and relax lol
I play with anyone who likes to pvp regardless of skill, and never have/will kick/yell at a single person for underperforming.
I believe it, we’ve hit an apex on racials driving the top of competitive PVP to the ally side and it’s trickling down hard into the mid of most ladders.
We’re nearing the point of 2x as many Ally hitting 2200 as Horde and as you go up the ladder, the divide just gets higher (like 75%+ being Ally). It’s creating a domino effect where people who want to be very competitive swap for NE/DI/Hum, their fav streamers have swapped, the top of the ladder is all Ally and as a result they are more likely to be partnered with lower calibre players while also be partnered against increasingly higher calibre ones.
So they get frustrated, swap, and then they cause more to swap and so on.
I would imagine that in the next few months, the top 100 in almost every measureable way will be entirely Ally ( just look at Rogue SS ladder; it’s over 90% NE alone).
This has always been a thing. Remember when human racial was a second pvp trinket? I membah
I’m actually considering going horde right now, but the only cute race is blood elf >.>
Stop caring so much about racials and just play the game. I win equally as much on both factions. My horde rogue which I exclusively solo q’d on is mid 70’s win rate.
*EDIT: Wait you’re bigcheeka that super dork rogue that cried about gear all last xpac, only to do worse when gear is equalized
This is closer to the point. I shouldn’t have to queue with friends in order to win incasual content. Especially when there is already an outlet for competitive team-based PvP. I play during two time. In the morning and late evenings. In the mornings when I play it’s pretty laid back and I hardly come across any groups. During the evenings though? They’re everywhere. Sometimes they’re on my team and sometimes they’re on the enemy team. One thing is clear though, when they are present it’s usually a steamroll.
I’m not dissing anyone who has participated in a premade. I have queued with friends before as well. Several people that I meet while playing and are in my faction are very friendly and welcoming people, so friendly that they have extended invites to play with them. I’m not even saying that playing together is a bad thing. It would just be nice if we had a true solo only mode, where I don’t need to worry about getting paired against a premade who’s just going to pummel us and move on.
This morning I queued solo and I went 5-0. I hardly encounter premades in the morning.
Two nights ago I queued solo and I went 1-6. To be fair I played against the same premade back-to-back, so it’s probably more accurate to say I went 1-5.
Also… You are openly admitting that you join as a group and also flexing that you went 22-1.
oh look at me wandering back over to the bg forums. what am I doing here
aannndddd looking at the threads, some things never change. So many cry babies still crying because they’ve never understood how competition works. Maybe every kid needs to play tball or something now to see a scoreboard as a life skill.
In September of last year I gathered the win-loss data of countless forum players and compiled them into a spreadsheet to determine average win loss percentages of each faction.

Excuse the formating, I pasted it from excel. If you’ve ever commented on the Arena, BG, or WorldPvP forum… then chances are that your toons data is on this list. So you’re telling me that you performed better than the 100 or so toons that I was able to grab data from?
