1 tank 1 healer and a dps. we are trying to find a new guild we want to push mythic content and want to join a guild that is actively doing stuff all week whether that be keys alt raids or what ever. the tank and the dps are fairly open to playing different classes based on needs the tank can also play dps if no tank spot is open. the healer is a resto druid we have multiple toons at 240+

The Idea
The idea of efficient raiding, instead of bulk raiding to down content. It has been done before, but we intend to do it better. We intend to build more than a WoW raiding guild, we’re building a community. We are very active on and off of raid times, and due to our easy schedule, we have time to play and organize other events and games outside of WoW.
Environment
We enjoy the environment we’re building, and the people we are building it with. As a guild, our goal is to down content – but enjoy this game in a way we haven’t in a long time. There will be no screaming, scolding, or calling out. The best way to describe our raid environment is proactive and communicative. We will discuss issues, mechanics, strategies, and mistakes openly to curb them and move on. We will go back to a log or video and discussed what happened on walls.

is looking for about 3 people.
We are 1/10M and 10/10H SoD with a 1% wipe on Mythic Eye.
UPDATE: We are now 3/10M
Our primary raid nights are Wednesdays and Sundays 8:30p-11:00p EST. Our guildies regularly run M+ most nights with some pushing past M+20 and every other Saturday night we run an optional even (eg farm run, achievement run, etc).
At this time, we have two regular tanks (one of which is the raid leader), so if your tank is open to dps, we might be a good fit for you. We could use an spriest, boomkin, non-tank monk, dps warrior. That said, we would welcome most any dps class at this time for a good personality and goals fit. Just note that we already have a lot of shaman.
We are a friendly bunch that work hard to keep our atmosphere positive and toxic-free. Our goals are to clear heroic every tier and get as far into mythic as is possible. Since we only raid 5 hrs/wk, we can not promise CE, even though we have achieved it in the past. We are also on the Alliance side of US-Stormrage.

Our core raid group is currently 7/10 Heroic SoD but we are looking for more to join our ranks. Our goal is always to work towards AOTC and some mythic content for those who are interested in doing so. For the right people with the right attitude, we don’t mind helping people gear up for raiding. All that we ask is that people put some level of effort into learning their class, gearing and trying to improve.
