We’re a newly formed late night raiding guild with current progress of 8/8 N - 3/8 H and we’re looking for players that are willing to dedicate the time and effort into tackling content in The Eternal Palace and many more adventures to come! We’re a pretty active guild on the evenings but there are some people online at different hours, so this is a great opportunity to start getting some experience and be able to show what you’ve got!

Why <Evolution>?
<Evolution> is an endgame progression guild that raids casual hours. We work together to accomplish the hardest content in the game while keeping our social lives intact.

We have only one objective in mind: PROGRESS.

We have an active community of Mythic+ runners, We also engage in War Mode PvP and BGs on a regular basis.

<Evolution> recruits on the basis of character and raid performance. If either of these is lacking, we don’t want you. Fast learners that can exceed under pressure without sacrificing your life to raid 4 or 5 days a week should seek out an officer in-game for a trial.

We are always striving to get better and add skilled players to our team. We have an active core and a fun environment. Many people play other games as well on off-nights.

We like to have a good time, but also know when to get things done.

Expectations:
Our raiders have significant experience in gaming competitively and raiding previous and current content. We also are passionate about maximizing our classes and roles - we are constantly looking for ways to improve and take constructive criticism. We expect you to adapt to random situations, and have no issues with being aware of your surroundings.

We expect vocal communication when required.
It’s self explanatory. If you need to say something, say it. If we ask you a question, don’t say “I don’t know.”

There is no drama here.
This is a game, we all play to have fun. Leave your personal vendettas at the login screen!

About Us:
We are a Mythic raiding guild located on Stormrage-US . We created this guild in Legion and have built from the ground up to make ourselves a high level team and a close family. We have overcome the hardships of being a new guild and finally succeeded at getting CE last tier. Weekends work?

Who: Cloudy Day is a semi-hardcore guild. 2/2H CoS. 9/9M BoD. 6/8M Uldir.
What: What does it mean to be semi hardcore? We expect our raiders to come prepared, know their classes, and not consistently wipe the raid with easy boss mechanics.
When: Friday & Saturday @ 10pm EST to 2am
Where: Horde and high pop Zul’Jin server
Why: Why us? The guild started as a group of military friends just trying to down bosses. We evolved to be AOTC oriented then evolved to doing our best in mythic Now can you help us keep getting CEs? Despite our military roots we are somewhat of a PC culture guild. We do not view that as a bad thing. Most of us are pushing 30 (or more) with families. Being an edgelord is not something that impresses us. We do not tolerate sexism-racism-hom/transphobia. We just want to have fun downing bosses together. While we are mature and friendly, we are progress oriented so strong play is required.

Any potential trials must have logs from TEP, be ilvl 430+, and atleast 3/8M. Though we have specific needs any exceptional player(with proof from logs) will be considered.

We are a guild on the Bleeding Hollow server and formed during the middle of tier 22 BFA (Uldir). We thrive for this to feel like a home where everybody is involved. We are a bunch of chill individuals who come raid time will come prepared and ready to play.

We want to be able to bring in players into the guild that are skilled or knowledgeable at their class. The goal is to push and progress Mythic raiding each tier and improving doing so. In our guild, nobody is above anybody in terms of treatment. We look to get AOTC every tier as a minimum and also continue progressing into mythic with a strive to get Cutting Edge at some point.

We are currently doing a 3 week trial for new recruits where we will see how you play along with personality. We require an application to enter as a trial for the guild. If you are skilled and want to push content with the drive to excel than we are the right fit for you. We also realize that not only are you trying out for the guild but also trying us out as well. Just because you are a trial doesn’t mean we don’t value your input.

We have started Heroic Rise of Azshara and will be going into Mythic as soon as possible. Mythic will continue to be competitive so the best with performance and attendance will play.

We are a progression focused guild that realizes real life happens. We are not seeking server firsts; however, we do want to clear the top tier content. We were founded in Vanilla on Alter of Storms were we consistently made server second kills. However, the population on AoS was dwindling so we transferred to Stormrage in 2012 where we remained in the top 10-20th guild. With the Alliance raiding population dwindling we transferred to our new home, Area-52 in 2019 with the expectation of continuing our long-standing success.

In short, if you are looking for a consistent guild that makes progression targets, without the demands of those in the World First Race, Dominion may be the place for you.

Our expectation of our raiders:

Our raiders should come prepared knowing the boss fight/mechanics, gear should be enchanted/gemmed, and should have the necessary consumables (battle potions, runes etc.). We expect everyone to be online 20 minutes before raid, as we aim to pull the boss exactly at the raid start time. Above all else we expect people to behave in a non-toxic manner as our guild has a zero-tolerance policy on toxicity. Overall, we expect everyone to have a good time raiding as we progress through new content.

What you can expect from us:

The guild will provide for the raid flasks and food, you can also expect an active guild outside of raid times where players are constantly pushing Mythic Keys, Doing Island Expeditions, PVP and/or playing other games while in Discord. We believe to be a laid back and chill guild with a welcoming environment.
