it is a pretty big hit to the argument that this matters to anyone but the .1%, when most people can’t even figure out what racial it is they switched for or why.

I would be willing to bet the average person (including the average person that complains about racials) didn’t even realize the racial in question existed before a week or so ago.

I’ll be honest. It took me longer than I care to admit to remember what that racial even did. And I was a troll on this shaman for like 5 years.

You horde really do ignore the main problem don’t you. A decade of having op racials has killed end game faction balance. Horde dominate raiding and mythic + and the racials are still better, going invis sure helps me in raids.

Blizzard doesn’t like alliance so they refuse to nerf horde racials, they better get to fixing the racials for alliance and stop giving horde godmode racials. This would give incentive to come back to alliance.

don’t confuse the two issues then, because they’re not the same.

racials currently are effectively balanced. they are of no consideration for anyone except tippy top guilds, and i think even among those their importance is minimal, verging on insignificant.

the argument that most top tier players are horde because of a history of racials being better has some weight. and it is a bit of a self-reinforcing problem because once most of the best guilds and players are horde, they have incentive to stay horde because of the larger pool of good players. but i haven’t heard any suggestions about how to fix this coming from you or anyone.

Their suggestions are typically to break the Alliance racials, make them so OP the same situation will occur, but just benefiting the Alliance.

Effectively balanced? Alliance gets to break a stun and go invis, horde get mini bloodlust a flat dps increase and a mass dispel, don’t forget a zandalari trolls their racials look like they will be the most op of all of them. Stop looking at sims and look at actually fights.

What don’t you understand, people follow what top guilds do. It’s why horde dominate raiding, mythic + and pvp.

Want to fix the balance give alliance better racials it’s as simple as that.
