24.5 inch Sceptre gaming monitor 240hz graphics help

Proper color calibration is very important.

Won’t matter how many millions of colors you monitor can display if the calibration is wrong and it’s only rendering 16 anyway.

I use a SpyderX colorimeter from datacolor to calibrate mine.

There are other colorimeters and light meters but they get expensive fast.

grab a copy of the adobeRGB1988.icc color profile from adobe and set your monitor to whatever it’s widest color gamut is and things will start to look much better even without calibration.

DCI-P3 uses a different whitepoint than other color profiles and will shift everything green, so I wouldn’t bother with that one. If you have media encoded in DCI-P3 then it looks fantastic, but your standard computer RGB stuff will have a green shift to it.
