I was surprised to see Discord Integration in Forever, but I set it up immediately. Was a pleasant surprise.
I have a hard enough time not being banned of discord from my love of freedom, adding blizzard to the mix would make it worst.

I’m going to say this as a fellow forumite. Social media has been a plague on most people and the more they spend their time on any Discord server, or any platform for that matter, the more likely they become someone they’re not. AI makes it worse.
I’ve been there and it really sucks. This is why I keep WoW things to WoW things. Discord barely has ANYTHING to do with WoW.
The only Discord server I use is for my guild. It’s nice to be able to reply to guild chat if someone is looking in-game for keys or need something crafted.
Your experience with Discord isn’t everyone’s.
There was the same sort of blowback when social features were added to battle.net back in Wrath. Give it a week and it’ll be forgotten.
No, I understand that, but mind you that the higher position you are (you’re the GM), the more risk you create for yourself for when you post certain things.
This also treads to OTHER platforms. This one included. I’m not going to be mentioning a thread where it got completely derailed since it would make me look like toxic, but I’m emphasizing a point where, if you get into any useless internet argument over a video game, the more eyes will gain and some eyebrows will be raised.
You’re a good GM. But I don’t want your guildmates to come on here with a vengeance. Or suspicion.

I’m not following Forever, but I heard they closed the shaman discord and the opening post shows shaman.
