i just made a post about this too. I think it needs addressing before he hits 60. Using multiple 5 man teams to hold layers to aoe down mobs. This is not only a xp exploitation but also a gold and world drop cheese.
If he wins i unfortunately will not be able to accept him as the world first.

I can world first at the end of the day really doesn’t matter
I also found that out when he was layer hopping for mob packs
I think it’s stupid. people really shouldn’t give a darn about world first
if this person you mention is a streamer then nothing will come of this

I get the idea behind the comment and yes he is “zooming” through the leveling but..
You will realize sooner or later that 95% of the game will be at max level.

There are NO ACHIEVEMENTS - There will be no special announcement “Duuurrr Blanky Blank has earned the Achievement: Realm First: 60!”…Nothing of the sort. Blizzard has disabled all achievements.

Not true in forever.
They are going to keep adding content to all the stuff below 60, and at 60.
When you dont have to develope a new planet each expansion, frees up a lot of time for more dungeons/raids/quests… story… more journey. In a world where making alts is encouraged and rewarded?

Them adding 10 more gather wofl tails at level 30 wont move the neddle. Unless youe gameplay is to hit lvl cap delete abd go again? Which then begs the question whats the point?

Is that what horizontal progression means? So 60s will just mow down content that gets added for the sub-60 game?

No i dont think she means that, but rather she will have toons at level brackets I guess to play that content or she will delete and she level again and again.
Idk it seems many dont realize that 95% of the game and more as time goes on will be at max. Oh well

I don’t hate streamers. I do think this needs to be hot fixed asap . It’s a bug. Hopping layers for gold farming and exp farming is an abuse of mechanics. Needs to be fixed .
