Has anyone seen a waylaid crate?

Yeah, I get RNG is RNG, but in beta I had two crates by the time I hit level 20. I haven’t seen one.

A shame, since I really want the patterns.

im convinced they’re disabled. none on the AH. But a guildmate swears his friend got one, and that he’s seen one on the AH.
but no one else i’ve talked to has gotten one. so

Very rare drops from mobs that give you the option to fill them, and bring them to a crafter’s emporium for BoP blue recipes that are very, very strong.

I have had 3 or 4 so far pre level 20. I just dispose.

I haven’t seen one yet but I’ve only leveled 1 character so far and that one is only up to 15. Based on the drop rate in beta I’m not at all surprised I haven’t gotten one yet - I only saw maybe half a dozen in the entire beta.

i have one, they’re just too rare.

They’re not. I got one, am level 20.

They drop from 15+ level mobs and higher level content etc. I got one earlier.

I got one in Westfall from a Defias Pillager.

I got one from the level 15 harvesters in westfall during the Killing Fields quest. Ironically, it is the mining one which my character is miner/engineering.

I’ve looted two on my main and my friend got one tonite in Ruins.

They are not. I’ve been playing quite a bit though (Characters at 18, 11, and multiple in various single digits) and have seen 2 so far. It’s not a lot, but it’s there

Just my anecdotal experience, leveling with a friend, both of us are 20, neither of us has seen one. Doing a mix of questing and dungeons.

I got one in the deadmines.

I got one to drop in the barrens while questing. 40 linen cloth or 20 light feather, I bought both but only needed one. Bought a blacksmithing recipe for a blue lvl 20 helm with the merchant’s favor stuff.

Level 19 horde on PVE and not 1.

At the beginning of beta they were super rare drop and they had to up it. So I wonder if they put it back down. How am I supposed to get my blue crafting items if they don’t drop?
