WoW Forever - Health does not regen ever

My hp doesn’t regen at all. Reload doesn’t fix, I am definitely not in combat. I tried fully logging out and it started regenning for about 3 seconds before fully stopping again. It is completely non-functional which is very game breaking, esp at low levels.

Update: I get exactly 3 ticks of health regen every time I log out and then I stop getting health regen again, I have ZERO addons.

Same thing is happening to me. Troll hunter, pvp ruleset, character name Lyte Frostglider. Currently level 15, noticed it at lvl 4. Please fix :frowning:

I have had the same issue happening on my character Ally Pally (Horde RP-PVP) ever since launch happened at 3pm. I tried restarting my game, the Battlenet client, my computer even, and it still hasn’t fixed the issue. Like stated above, I am not regenerating any health out of combat. This is only happening for Health, my Mana is still regenerating as normal. Also, I am not using any addons either. I even logged onto other characters and the same bug is happening on their end. My only workaround is that if I eat any consumable out of combat (food, drink), my health will instantly heal from whatever % it is at to full, which is also very strange. I even confirmed with other players that this is not a visual bug either, for they can also see that my health bar is never regenerating back to 100% after a fight. Please fix this ASAP, as it makes it very frustrating to play.

I am also having this issue. Karnagrok Grimsteel, NA-RP. I noticed that when this is happening, any food or drink item, as well as some elixirs, will immediately heal me to full upon being used regardless of how much health they should heal.

This feels like a pretty severe bug that needs to be addressed ASAP. I’ve attempted to open a GM ticket about it but haven’t had any luck in finding the right channel to actually get a ticket open.

as of this morning, i am no longer having any health regen issues

I am also dealing with this issue. It was working last night when I stopped streaming, however it is persisting again today.

Same here, changing layer fixed it temporarily.
