Some of us weren’t sure whether we should do BFD on Thursday at Phase 2 launch or just go immediately into dungeon farming.
Definitely looking like a 35 min BFD will be well worth starting your Phase 2 leveling with.

Same I’m running so many BFD on Thu/Fri next week.
Nice I missed that one. Looks like I’ll be scheduling a raid day on 2/8.
Meh, it’s actually kind of a great thing for many-alts enjoyers. For people who only play 1 toon (and raid every lockout) I doubt they’ll still be under 40 by the second lockout, for the most part.
Also even if I’m tired of BFD right now, getting to do it for exp once before going onto level the rest of the way to 40 isn’t going to be bad at all. Just the fact that we’ll get to watch our exp bars fill up while in the raid will give it a breath of fresh air and make it somewhat exciting again imo.
So the best way for hunters is finish all the q now for gold. Go living in rfk and do bfd on lockout. And go sm afterwards
True, if bfd gives exp, I don’t mind bad drop rate. Like most other dungeons, if I am not farming I don’t mind run them once a while cause I get exp anyway
It still has a lock out so you can do it 1 time per 3 days.
so it’s like 1 more lockout lol… How long do you think it will take to get 15 levels?
Nevermind found it.
Where does it say the exp values?
well ya but the idea would be that I level my main normally but do BFD on all my alts get a massive chunk of exp and keep doing that till I get my main to 40 and gnomer ready / rinse repeat
That’s what my guild will be doing too.
So where did you get that that information ? Aka The number specifically ?
Secondly ummmmm why is this bad ? Because i’m looking at that and going that’s amazing awesome joy.
I mean, I can’t really tell if you’re upset about this or happy about it. But i’m just saying in my book this is a good thing.
23k and some gear is very tasty to avoid.
What a way to keep old raids alive.
I love it!
They are removing the lockout too?
They are not.
Hey on those links where do you see which mobs are attached too the xp?
It’s been confirmed on live now.
3k for the first bosses and 5k each for the last 2 (5150xps with sleeping bag buff). Trash mobs give 17xp to 30xp for a level 35 player.
