Are we really supposed to be held hostage by Lucernia and Thunderdommy’s opinions?
Blizzard has finally listened to a part of the community that has been asking for the original identity of Elemental Shaman to be restored.
And now, just because some people don’t like these changes, we’re supposed to accept an entire Discord server being shut down?
You have every right to disagree, but you don’t have the right to speak on behalf of everyone.
And when they realized that plenty of people on Discord didn’t agree with them, they just shut the whole server down.

Dude I don’t know anything about discord drama but we literally got the changes we have been campaigning about for weeks now.
They can shut down whatever discords they want; All that matters here is we finally saved Elemental as a nature damage build.
It’s time to celebrate that devs actually heard our feedback and acted on it. 
Who cares what some naysayers in discord are doing, as long as Lava Burst stays gone!

The resto changes seem just as bad riptide is weak compared to free spells other healers get that arnt their capstone.And pvp without instant ghost wolf seems rough

This is such a vocal minority, having elementals rotation being reverted exactly back to how it was in classic era is painfully boring. Lightning bolt spam is not a master of the elements. This is wow forever where every other class has gotten upgrades to their rotation, lava burst was a great way to add class fantasy and incorporate 2 abilities into the rotation (flame shock and lava burst). and for those saying you can still use flame shock it will not be mana efficient enough or long enough range to be worth using

You’re emotional - Weve said fifty times why its bad, 20 yard flame shock range, forces you to use flame shock in pvp instead of keeping the other shocks available, lava burst has no synergistic talents like overload or increased crit, 20% damage extra from flame shock was pathetic - any other wrong opinions you’d like to share?
Nah, LvB should be in the game. The LB, CL rotation is boring AF. Then the moving of GW talents further down just nukes the talent for ele or resto completely.
Shaman were already going to be scarce in alliance but they might as well not exist on alliance after these changes.

The discord is useless anyways, there will be tons of other places to get valuable information. They are just being a bunch of babies over nothing.
Lava Burst contributed absolutely no interesting gameplay whatsoever. Get that spell out of here.
Come up with better ideas with lighting if you must. Fire shocks, nova’s and totems are enough. Why don’t you just roll a fire mage?
