it is clear you cannot balance these new changes. cut your losses and return them to proper classic wow racials and tell the community its in the spirit of classic wow that you made this choice .

I agree these devs have no idea what they are doing with anything the back and forth nerf buff nerf buff on racials alone. wasting time on things they should have been focused on. like fixing elemental shaman.

Vanilla racials were already trash yet somehow they made them worse 
at this point it would serve the community best and get them out of a jam .

They actually do know what they’re doing. That’s when they completely nerf a race, they try to obfuscate it by giving them something else. Like throwing them a bone so people can argue that they weren’t totally nerfed. Plainsrunning for example, a useless racial but every non-Tauren can say “see you guys didn’t get nerfed”.

Yeah…which they nerfed Orcs the hardest before that tournament started.
Your taking inconsistent balancing decisions and interpreting them as some deliberate strategy to disguise nerfs, that does not prove the devs know what they are doing. Nothing they have done excuses the constant back and forth nerfs and buffs they have no direction and the fact that class issues like elemental shaman need attention is a problem. Intentions don’t equal good decisions.

at this point the have proven to not be able to balance anything, just revert them to OG and call it a day atleast the OG talents had flavor for each class and made sense at this point.

They are just fine. Classic Andy’s just want to play Vanilla again where raids are stacked with all the same races and everyone chases the same exact 1-2 weapons. It is completely stupid and has no business being in the game. Racials should offer ZERO power whatsoever
