I know this is a “Classic Bug”, but we’re not in Classic any more. WoW Forever is supposed to be fixing all the “We don’t really need to keep that bug for 'authenticity” issues and this is one.
Buccaneer’s Strongbox in Ratchet goes grey at 25. The Treasure of the South Seas lockbox goes grey at 40.
Buccaneer’s Strongbox continues to give skill ups regularly to at least 90, because you can’t move to the next lockbox rank without it.
Can we get the indicator fixed so that it stays green until 90 (or wherever it actually stops giving skill ups).
