good, horde is always majority anyway.
They keep gutting the races and classes. I’m not sure I even want to play anymore. They had it pretty much perfect then they went all retail on it and messed it up. I only resubbed for Forever but they’re ruining it so looks like I may as well go ahead and cancel my sub again. Guess it was too much to hope they’d do anything right.

Why did they remove all interactivity from it? Now it will proc more often when you are at full life, and you can’t doing anything fun around it like use fast weapons or use on hit effects for extra roll for the proc? Isn’t Classic design supposed to feel a little whacky and unforced? this whole thing feels like they wanted to give themselves a tuning knob for no reason, like why? what’s the upside? what would’ve been the damage if it was left as is?
Just to add to this converation, I just completed a run of RFK and checked my damage done. Touch of the Grave was once 2% to 3% of my total damage.
I did 90. Nine zero. For a little over an hour of playtime. The poster here is correct, this is no longer working at all.
atleat its working for you.. been fighting mobs non stop for an hour on lock and didnt get a single proc
Blizzard had a Gem on their hands when they announced forever. and they have been destroying that gem every way they possibly could each and every day since starting the beta. It will be a completely different game than was announced by Nov. 4th. Destroyed at the rate they are going.
Blizzard likes to take easy wins and turn them into hard L’s. Way to go blizzard.

it’s a 25 second cooldown but the proc rate is much higher, which means you can reasonably predict when you’ll get the healing from it.
classic was always alliance. might change now due to sword spec nerf.
i just here for the alliance to tell us blizzard isn’t alliance favord
