Minor Arcane Elixir has been giving "Target is to low level’ since the Oct 1st build. Even after today. As a mage trying to level this was a go to buff to help burn the mob down before it killed me in like 3 hits. Our spell power is already bad at low levels and taking this little but important buff away made me stop playing mage. I simply got tired of dieing. If your not going to fix it just take it out of the game. If the little 5 point spell power buff is so powerful that its only intended for ‘Higher Level’ characters, well then add a tool tip telling us what level that is.
