Ok, mb, Feral Charge (cat) was not in vanilla, it was introduced in WOTLK.
I’ll have to try stealthing while in the air. my gut is I’ve already tried this, but maybe I didn’t. If that works that is certainly better than no ability to land in stealth.
I was also able to track down where Zierene said this is not a bug, but intentional. Fair enough. Hadn’t seen this being discussed so thought I’d bring it up.
Update: I tried stealth while leaping and it does work. That’s good enough for me.
