I have an update on my end. I have a laptop lying around the house and tried installing the WoWF Beta on it. It worked! It is connected via wifi and our other two PCs are connected via ethernet. I unplugged the ethernet cables on the two PCs and re-enabled their wifi via Windows, and it works on both! Good news is it works now, but now I have to figure out why it isn’t when hardwired. /facepalm.
