My Level 11 Human Warlock, Aeriøn Targaryen, is completely stuck after entering the Deeprun Tram from Stormwind.
Ever since entering the tram, I have been unable to log into my character. Every time I attempt to enter the world, one of two things happens:

I receive the error “A character with that name already exists.”

The game gets stuck on an infinite loading screen and never loads my character.
My character still appears on the character selection screen, but I cannot play him at all.
This started immediately after entering the Deeprun Tram. I believe my character is stuck due to a server-side bug.
Can a developer or GM please investigate and move my character to a safe location or reset his stuck state? I would really appreciate help because I currently cannot play my Warlock.
