If you believe you have encountered a bug you’ll want to use the bug reporting option in Beta.
As Amaelalin mentioned, Customer Support isn’t involved in the Beta testing phrase. The best I can do is recommend that you try resetting your User Interface. If that does not work though, please submit a bug report.
You can also post in the Beta forums in the EU region. You don’t have an active NA WoW license so you won’t be able to post in the NA Beta forums.
