I have noticed that the secondary lighting setting is bugged out and it destroys your
fps by 55. You won’t notice the issue if you’re on a high-end pc, but for low end you definitely will feel it especially when going into major cities. This setting seems to not want to fix itself when being in Undercity and RoL area and dungeon.
I noticed if you turn this setting to fair or good, you will get much better frames, but if you fly, go into any instance, leave an instance, hearthstone, go into major cities, this setting will go back to high, but it will still show it as good or fair so make sure you keep changing it whenever you travel or do dungeons and when you log off and log back in.
