Bug/Feedback: Potion (Target Is To Low Level)

Ok, not sure if this is a Bug or intended by the devs. But I leveled up Alchemy on my character which is now level 20. I had a couple of Elixir of Minor Force’s left over and had been using them.

But noticed today it says “Target is to low level”. I am not sure if the potion is to low level to use, or its a bug and thinks I am to low level to use.

So I think its a bug and thinks my character is to low level. Which would be insane for a level 20 not to be able to use a potion that gives a whopping 1 extra physical damage.. LOL.. But if it is intended, I dont think it should be as a player should be able to use the potions, even if they are so low level that dont do squat, just so you can use up the low level ones you already made or purchased.

Im on a lv6 human warrior trying to do the level 4 quest “Shhh! We’re hunting Kobolds”, and i am receiving the same error when trying to activate the Kobold Tracking Kit

Same issue with Alchemy on LVL 12 Druid

Same thing happening to my level 8 druid.

This wasn’t happening last week, my priest used potions and the kobold tracker

Tangentially related, my Undead paladin started with the Sense Undead tracking ability, but when trying to use it I get the “target is too low level” message.
