No. Even so, why would that stop bosses from dropping loot?

I mean, it certainly shouldn’t stop them from dropping loot, even if it was, that would be a bug.
I was just curious, lack of quest completion made me think of it, and identifying things out of the ordinary is how you track down bugs.
I know Blizzard has intentionally left a lot of spoilers and items not implemented on this beta client.
It’s possible that gnomer loot is considered to be outside of the level 30 cap testing range. For whatever reason.
