I refused to group with one of their drones and got more than 50 hateful messages from this streamer crowd.
Please just create a “streamer only” realms. So these idiots are separated in their own environment and people can opt in. Right now we can’t avoid this banned word streamer anywhere.

in his stream from monday or tuesday it was. near end of the stream/ game switch.

Knowing what I know about what is happening, it is far more likely than not. Asmon is a troll of the highest order, and there are far too many evil types out there that would do such a thing.
i can tell you, this is what they are like… I grouped one week, removed them because of their guild name, as we all should.. and the dude came in with a flurry or racial insults, cos the report system isnt working, couldnt report.. then i got probably 30+ messages from the same guild. Installed the Asmonmute addon and never seen a single one of them ever again, blocking them in the LFG list, the chat channels and from what i can tell, flat out ignoring them in world layering some how (might just be luck)… games been a better place..

the problem is, if they over balance alliance so much that its horde heavy, when they all quit it will be horde heavy with no option to join for 6+ months.. they did it with SoD they did it with both classic releases. And skyfury.. it outbalanced the actual players and then over balanced the opposing faction when they all quit.. essentially killing the game for half the player base. be it, not able to join desired faction, not able to play with friends, or just flat out no raid teams after 3 months cos they all deleted and started again.
And this time its 4x worse.
What they should do it make a Streamer only server, where streamers can only see their 1 server option, its pvp… and everyone can join it optionally, but they cant join PVP/PVE servers. It would not punish us normal players, and would give those people a chance to play with their community only, which is what they do any way.
Because the full story is probably something like “No I wont group with you, you (inset long string of obscenities, fascist, genocide, and more obscenities)”. Then they received responses in kind.
It likely is. There’s a reason multiple addons exist solely to ignore all Olympus members.

We dont pay a subscription to be put into a toxic enviroment.. its our choice to build our groups how we feel, and to ignore who want to ignore.

It’s beta. Sure it easy to amass a 50K+ guild when level cap is 20. (clearly the guild numbers are also alts of people in the guild so it prolly much lower then 50k.
Once this goes live and you have to level to 60 and grind stuff , I don’t see how you keep this up.
I would guess that most people who dislike Asmon dont like him for his perceived political views, not because he’s rude.
