I really think people went too hard on him. I mean, who wouldn’t accept the gold? I just don’t find it good that accepting gold from a stranger might expose your account to dirty gold and you have to pay the consequences. Hope a better resolution happens.
I also just find it odd if it was rmt he would do it on stream.
Because of the amount of clout they think they have, they believe they’re untouchable so they try to get away with more and more TOS violations.
I saw a little bit about this today and good on them for dropping the hammer on one of their own.
They haven’t put a dent in gold sellers in the past 20 years but if the market evaporates from underneath them then the sellers only stand to lose. At least in this version of the game.
Just make a note not to accept random gold or mail without cause.
