Was sitting at a campfire today when I noticed that the buff from the sharpening wheel is strength increase and the buff from the Lodestone is AP. That feels really backwards to me. Carrying the Lodestone signifies strength. Sharpening your weapons should increase your attack power.
Attack power is equally useful on all physical classes. STR is more useful on warrior and pally.
yeah, I guess I’m not talkin from a gameplay perspective.
It feels counterintuitive for the prof about breaking rocks and doing heavy labor gives attack power while the prof about making weapons and keeping them sharp is strength.
It’s also not so much about what’s the ‘optimal’ choice. If they want us to be social and share camps to get buffs they shouldn’t really consider who’s going to use a prof because the point is to get us all together anyhow.
