Quest markers show on minimap by default but not on world map

The new feature to add retail quest markers to the map are not showing “!” new quest markers. Only objectives and turn-ins.

On the minimap it looks like all work, anyone else have this issue?

In addition - the minimap new quest ! should show the quest name on its tooltip ,not the NPC name. Or both.

I’m having the same issue. Last time I played, last week, the map itself would show where I can find quests, but now they are not appearing on my map. Just my mini map.
