So I tested character deletion and restoration. I deleted my Mage Sappora Windseeker, in an attempt to restore them. It is saying an active character with that name already exists so I cant restore them at this time.
Is this just a bug, or is this just because it is a beta environment?
With the naming being region wide, is there any plans to allow for restoration of characters if someone else in the region takes the exact name of my character?
