There has been multiple times that i list an item on the auction house and then it just vanishes. Never to be seen again.
Best way to get that fixed is to submit a bug report when it happens. And try to give some explanation of where you were, what item(s) it was, what you were doing, etc.
I did and im hoping for the best. That is a TON of money on the beta right now.
