No way to see what the Green Item is, someone said hold shift, that doesn’t work either, this needs to be fixed or give us back the old AH, I’m not going to pick a random green and go I hope its good just to find out its of Spirit and actual trash

You literally click on the green item, and it pops open every version of that green item on the AH, and you mouse over it to look at the stats.
It’s literally that simple. There’s no surprise or gotcha. It’s literally a factor of just clickiing on it, and then mousing over the one your looking to purchase.
Just taking literally two seconds to interact with it, instead of immediately running to the forums complaining the moment it looks slightly different would have fixed your issue.

Honestly, every new ui element is bad. Just give me the classic ui across the board. Classic spell book, classic menus. Classic trainer ui. All of it.
The only good thing is being really able to pour over all my stats like in vanilla

nope already tried that, does not work, at all, no mouse over, no shift no nothing, it will not display anything besides Pathfinder bracers, doesn’t tell me of what, and ive tried with every green, now can you give a useful suggestion? If i could link a video id show you the problem

However, this change to the AH is very good otherwise you’d be scrolling so many more items, especially with how large the auction house will get with there only being one server.
I literally just did exactly what I said to do in game, and it works just fine.
I genuinely do not know what to tell you, because nothing you are stating is remotely what the new AH UI behaves like.

The issue is not the AH.
The issue is the user refuses to engage with it, because it’s new and wants to blame the system for their own inability to handle it.
It literally works just fine.

No I don’t click on random links people post to bypass the link filters on the forums, because people are genuine bad actors on the internet.
I literally just went into game and tested it myself. It works 100% the way I described it. This is a you issue, not an AH issue.

That’s probably why they did it. I confess, I’ve not used the AH (have only been to UC twice to complete quests)
I do dislike every other new ui element. I turned the bars etc to classic mode, but there’s no fix for turning the other stuff like trainers to classic ui.
I don’t like all the same-level stuff stacked. I get that, functionally, it’s not different, because you could hit ‘train’ and learn stuff without looking, but looking ahead at your spec stuff was fun

Yeah when I do this it doesnt show stats on any of them. All it shows me is the generic name of the item (no suffix) and how much armor it gives unless its a blue.
You didn’t click into the item then.
You click into the item, it displays every single version of that item that is currently on the AH, it goes based off the base item, not the suffix. Then you can literally mouse over every single item and see every single different stat all the different suffixes have.
It’s literally just a matter of clicking into it, and then mousing over the items.
The item’s you see on the screen are like a Computer File Folder, You click into the folder to see it’s contents.
You can’t just click on the folder and expect to be able to see everything inside of that folder just by highlighting it.
It’s a simple and very basic system.

It only gives the stats of items that has static stats.
My guess is it’s a bug due to them trying to obscure items until you see them drop so WoWhead can’t datamine them.
